Welcome to texasjerky.org (the “Site,” also reachable at kickasstbj.com), operated by Kick Ass Texas Beef Jerky (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a family-owned business based in Harker Heights, Texas. By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products

We sell handmade, small-batch beef jerky produced without preservatives. Ingredients: beef, hot sauce, soy (soybeans), salt, wheat, blended spices, and red chili pepper flakes. Our products contain soy and wheat. It is your responsibility to review ingredient and allergen information before ordering. Because our jerky is made in small batches by hand, minor variations in appearance, texture, and weight may occur.

2. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card details. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Discounts

Orders with a product subtotal over $150 automatically receive a 10% discount, applied at checkout. Discounts apply to product subtotals only, not to shipping charges, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping charges are additional and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our jerky is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kickasstbj@gmail.com or (610) 331-2771 and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Photos of the issue help us resolve things quickly.

6. Food Safety

Our jerky is made without preservatives. Store it in a cool, dry place and consume promptly after opening. Product images on the Site are illustrative; actual packaging may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our name, logo, product names (People Pleaser, Spicy Boy), photographs, and text — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
